61-14-13 Denial, suspension or revocation of license. (Repealed effective July 1, 2012.)
A. In accordance with the procedures contained in the Uniform Licensing Act [61-1-1 to 61-1-31 NMSA 1978], the Board may deny, suspend for a definite period or revoke a license, certificate or permit held or applied for under the Veterinary Practice Act, or may reprimand place on probation, enter a stipulation with or impose an administrative penalty in the amount not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000) on a holder of a license, certificate or permit, upon a finding by the Board . . .
The attached is an opportunity to present information to 8th grade students about a career as a doctor of veterinary medicine. The time slot available is 1:15 p.m. – 3:05 p.m. The invitation and schedule from the guidance counselor, Helen Edmonds, are self-explanatory.
The first required documents that must be submitted in the application process are the Application and application/examination fee. The Board office will no longer hold required documents that have been submitted prior to receipt of the Application and the application/examination fee.
A notary public is available in the Board office. Only documents presented by the affiant will be notarized, the fee is $3.00 per document; the Board cannot accept cash.
