RULES HEARING – SHELTERING MINIMUM STANDARDS

The New Mexico Board of Veterinary Medicine (NMBVM) will hold a rules hearing on Thursday, April 22, 2021. Following the rules hearing, the NMBVM will convene a regular meeting to adopt the rules and take care of regular business. The NMBVM rules hearing will begin at 9:00 am. and the regular meeting will convene following the rules hearing. The rules hearing and regular meeting will be held via Zoom Teleconferencing. The purpose of the rules hearing is to consider new rules. The proposed new rules, public comments, and written comments made during the rules hearing will be voted on by the Board at the meeting immediately following the rules hearing.

Interested persons may submit their comments on the proposed rules in writing to Frances R.
